GGA INC Launches New Podcast Series The Players’ Forum
“Our plan was not to reinvent the wheel, we just knew there wasn’t a better time to go for the ride.” said Tricia, the executive producer of the new podcast. “It’s been a conversation we’ve had since we sat down and wrote out our business plan; we were just waiting on the right time.” She explained. “I hope listeners and viewers will tune in and be entertained, inspired and informed on the personal experiences and life lessons we’ve learned not only as a basketball couple, but also as business partners building our brands.”
This marks year four for Great Gain Athletics Inc and at the height of Covid19, the co-founders decided it was best to not run their pro and youth programs this summer and instead work on some projects that had been on their vision board. The podcast was one of those projects. The Players’ Forum is an another extension of their organization and touches on everything from the business and industry of basketball and sports in general to mental health and wellness to technology and culture. They want to give listeners perspective from the youth, semi-pro, international pro and pro perspectives as well as the perspective from people who support them. With Coach Mike’s playing and coaching career and Tricia’s business and creative experience and their relationship as a whole, they are both excited about the new endeavor. As far as the organization, both of them, in spite of the climate thus far, are optimistic about about the change in weather for the organization and the new year.
